Vital Planet International NV is part of Netherlands based Vital Future Group BV. VFG provides administrative, managerial, IT, financial and legal services to its subsidiaries, with a non executive board of experts which is acting as such held from above for all majority participations.
Vital Planet International NV is a holding company without operational activities, the collective parent for all 'Energy for the Future' projects.
Each entity has its individual shareholder structure while participation levels vary. All subsidiaries are under a majority control of the parent, as listed in the Corporate Structure Chart.
