Vital Planet International NV is a privately held, Netherlands based corporation. In March 2008 the company signed a contract with a German securities trading bank to launch a part of the share capital on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Currently the share capital of the company is being restructured as part of preparations.
