02.2008 - ISIN number for digital trading of Vital Planet stocks
As you may know and with the official mandate of the December 8, 2007 shareholders meeting, the management of Vital Planet is organizing to go public and to get a 'listing' on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange shortly. One of the basic requirements is digital trading of stocks, for which the company must obtain an ISIN number, an International Securities Identification Number. Our house bank ABN AMRO has recently organized for us to get the ISIN code: NL0006146037.
With this code another step is taken towards creating a higher level of professionalism and generating shareholders value.
