05.2009 - Big move into bio-ethanol

With the signing of a contract for full strategic cooperation with the principle and CEO of Etanalc SA, Aureo de Castro, Brazil's largest and most advanced bio-ethanol project in the northern state of Tocantins, Vital Planet has made a giant step into the area of ethanol production. The agreement foresees tremendous synergies from sugarcane and oilseed cross cropping, as well as the creation of considerable additional shareholders value in the scheduled merger of the companies on a medium term. Now parties are engaged in support of each others financial interests, providing project finance for mutual expansion.
